Dear everyone,
Welcome to the first day of the hallowed month of Movember! This is the month when men (and some daring women) around the world undertake a vow not to shave above their lips. I, and around twenty other guys here in Uganda, have today clean shaven. So the Movember race to moustache-hood is on!
As some of you may know, in February I hope to be working in a rural Sierra Leone hospital (Kambia) for 6 months. If you would like to support my moustache-growing activities, then I would be delighted if you would sponsor me. Message/email me if you do. All money goes directly to the Kambia Appeal (kambia.org.uk). These guys do an incredible job of supporting the local hospital there which was devastated by the civil war.
As an incentive, the person who donates the most gets to design my final moustache style!
